• The rates are per night inclusive of VAT, and exclusive of the local tax (€ 1.35 per person/day).
• Once you receive a written confirmation of your booking from our side, your reservation will be valid only after receipt of a deposit payment amounting to 20% of the total - however, a minimum of € 100 per apartment.
• Check-out by 10 am; check-in from 3 pm. Early arrival and late departure are possible upon request.
• Additional guests in the apartment are possible upon request.
• Cot in the apartment possible upon request.

• You have no right to withdraw under the terms of the consumer protection act, however, we will apply the following cancellation policy: there is no cancellation fee for cancellations of up to one month prior to arrival.
